3.6 ta776 accounts are personal to the registered holder and are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any account balances to any third party.
4.1 All deposits to ta776 must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. ta776 does not accept third-party deposits. Funds received from unverified or third-party sources may be held pending investigation and returned to the source.

8.4 Players may voluntarily close their ta776 account at any time by contacting customer support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days after confirmation of identity.

10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ta776 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the ta776 platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
10.2 ta776's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount of real-money funds held in your ta776 account at the time the claim arises.
10.3 ta776 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, or third-party outages may result in temporary service unavailability. ta776 will not be liable for losses resulting from platform downtime.

12.1 ta776 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Notice of material amendments will be provided via email to the registered address on your ta776 account or through a prominent notice on the ta776 platform, with a minimum of 7 days' notice before the amended Terms take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or PAGCOR directive.
12.2 Your continued use of the ta776 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using ta776 and may request account closure.
13.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the ta776 platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
13.2 Before initiating formal legal proceedings, players are encouraged to first contact ta776 customer support to seek informal resolution of any dispute. ta776 commits to responding to formal dispute notifications within 10 business days.
13.3 PAGCOR-regulated operators are subject to PAGCOR's dispute resolution processes. Players who believe their dispute has not been adequately addressed by ta776 may escalate their complaint to PAGCOR through official PAGCOR complaint channels.
